Bonus Terms & Conditions in Plain Language
It's important to understand the terms before taking a bonus. We explain them in simple English.
| Bonus Type | Amount / Rate | Maximum Limit | Wagering Requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| First Deposit Welcome Bonus | 150% | ৳8,000 | 25x (on the bonus amount) |
| VIP Weekly Cashback | 0.4% to 1.5% | By tier | Applicable wagering |
Wagering Requirement
The bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before you can withdraw. At tku9 this is 25x — applied only to the bonus amount, not to deposit + bonus.
Game Contribution
Not all games count equally toward wagering. Slots generally contribute the most; table games and live casino may count at different rates.
Maximum Bet Limit
Placing a bet above a certain amount while a bonus is active is considered a breach of terms. Read the bonus rules to find out the maximum bet limit.
Bonus Expiry
A bonus must be used within a set period. Once it expires, any unused bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
Maximum Cash-Out
Some bonuses may have an upper limit on how much you can withdraw. This limit is stated in the bonus terms and conditions.
Working Example
Deposit ৳1,000 → 150% bonus = ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
Wagering: ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Fast Withdrawals
Withdrawals at tku9 are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Minimum withdrawal is ৳800. You can withdraw via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Verify Your Account
Complete account verification before your first withdrawal — this is mandatory for security.
Keep Your Name Consistent
The name on your bKash/Nagad number or bank account must match the name on your tku9 account.
Complete Wagering
If you have used a bonus, complete the required wagering before withdrawing — this will prevent delays.
Choose the Right Method
Withdrawing via the same method you deposited with generally makes the process faster.
Gambling Myths & Facts
Many misconceptions about online gaming are widely held. Knowing the facts makes it easier to make informed decisions.
"If a slot hasn't paid out for a long time, it's bound to win soon."
FactEvery spin is completely independent. Previous results have no effect on the next spin — the odds are the same on every spin.
"Betting more can recover previous losses."
FactPlacing larger bets to try to recover losses is more likely to increase those losses. Play within a set budget and don't chase losses.
"Betting systems like the Martingale guarantee a profit."
FactNo betting system can guarantee a profit in the long run. Using a system manages short-term variance; it does not change the underlying odds.
"Hot and cold streaks can predict the next outcome."
FactAn RNG (Random Number Generator) produces every result in a completely random manner. Seeing "streak" patterns is a natural human tendency, not a reflection of reality.
"Slots pay out more at certain times of day or at night."
FactGame outcomes do not depend on the time of day. The RNG works the same way at all times — time is not a factor.
"The casino can change slot results whenever it wants."
FactGames from reputable providers are independently tested and verified. Third-party auditors conduct regular checks to ensure fair play.
