These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tku9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and payment activities on the Platform. By registering at tku9 or using the Platform, you consent to be legally bound by these Terms.

Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms carry specific meanings throughout these Terms:
- "Platform" — refers to the website, mobile version, and all related digital services operated by tku9.
- "Member" or "User" — any person who holds a registered account at tku9.
- "Services" — all games, betting options, promotions, and payment-related activities available on the Platform.
- "Bonus" — any credit, free bet, or promotional reward granted by tku9.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- "KYC" — the process of verifying a member's identity (Know Your Customer).
- "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Eligibility & Age Requirement
2.1 Minimum Age
All tku9 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. If a minor opens an account or uses the Platform, their account will be closed immediately and any funds on deposit may be forfeited.
2.2 Other Eligibility Requirements
- You must open an account in your own name — managing an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
- Each person may operate a maximum of one account.
- You are fully responsible for your own device and internet connection.
- Persons in areas where online gaming is completely prohibited may not register.
Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account at tku9, members must provide accurate and complete information. If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, the Platform reserves the right to close the account at any time. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification (KYC) is completed.
3.2 Account Security
- Do not share your password with any third party.
- It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, contact tku9 Support immediately.
- Selling, transferring, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Multiple Accounts
A member having more than one account is completely prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to use the Platform from the same device or network, Support must be informed in advance.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Details provided at the time of deposit must match the information on the account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Deposit amounts are always calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
- Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not completed.
- Withdrawals may be suspended for unusual or suspicious transactions.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
tku9 strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. Any suspicious financial activity will be investigated and relevant authorities will be notified if necessary. Additional documentation may be requested for transactions of unusual amounts.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at tku9, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳20,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are applicable for use in games on the tku9 platform only.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- If any fraudulent activity related to bonuses is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
- tku9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- A new bonus cannot be claimed until the current one is fully settled (unless stated otherwise).
5.3 VIP Program
The tku9 VIP program has four tiers. Members can be promoted to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week.
- Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week.
Detailed terms related to VIP benefits will be communicated separately. tku9 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.
Fair Play Rules
6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)
All games operated at tku9 use certified and fair random number generator technology. Each game result is completely independent and does not depend on previous results. Members may contact Support with questions about game fairness.
6.2 Prohibited Software Use
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts is completely prohibited.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical error in the Platform is a punishable offence.
- Any error or bug discovered must be reported to Support immediately.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting system vulnerabilities will be considered void.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tku9 platform and will result in permanent account closure:
- Opening an account using a false identity or documents.
- Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
- Bonus abuse or using artificial methods to collect bonuses.
- Collusion — coordinating with other members to determine outcomes.
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities through the account.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the Platform's systems or software.
- Using another member's account or conducting transactions from it.
- Intentionally profiting from technical errors or incorrect odds.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 tku9's Right to Suspend
tku9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If a violation of these Terms is detected.
- If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.
- If suspicious or unusual financial activity occurs.
- If fraudulent activity is conducted through the account.
- By court order or legal requirement.
8.2 Closure at the Member's Request
Any member who wishes to close their account may contact Support. If the stipulated wagering requirement has not been met before account closure, the bonus balance may be forfeited. However, the member always retains the right to receive their genuine cash balance back (outside of any lien or investigation).
Responsible Gaming
9.1 Safe Gaming Commitment

Limitation of Liability
10.1 Platform Liability Limitations
tku9 is not responsible for the following:
- Game sessions interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
- Issues arising from the member's device, software, or network.
- Temporary service outages due to unexpected technical errors.
- Leakage of a member's account information to third parties if caused by the member's own negligence.
10.2 Service Disruption
tku9 always strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons. In such situations, tku9's decision regarding ongoing bets will be considered final. Members will be notified as quickly as possible in the event of significant disruptions.

tku9 follows a strict privacy policy when collecting, storing, and processing members' personal information. All transactions are kept secure using SSL encryption and a protected payment gateway. Members' information is never sold to third parties.
